I will do a movement and posture assessment and I will require you to fill out a medical history.
I use these to determine your limitations as well as to see your weak and tight muscles.
You will tell me your GOALS. I will combine your goals with your limitations and muscle imbalances and I will determine the BEST routine for you. This routine will involve balance moves, core moves as well as dynamic movements so you can make major changes to your body.
Programs are available EXCLUSIVELY AT Gold's Gym Chapel Hill in Douglasville. And you do not need to be a member to train with me there so it is a great location for anyone!
